It is often difficult, if not impossible, to find background information about abandoned private homes. Who lived there? Why was everything left behind? In some cases, the property was abandoned after a fire. That seems to have been the case here as well. The roof and the second floor have almost completely disappeared. Initially, I was somewhat hesitant to go inside. It didn't look like there would be anything interesting to see. I am glad that I eventually decided to follow my companions and take a look anyway. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves, and the visit yielded some nice images.
