It was once the family seat and the registered office of a wealthy notary and his family. The completely dilapidated villa still had numerous personal belongings of the family until the very end and had remained surprisingly intact and spared from vandalism for many years. A large part of the notary's archives could even still be found in the cellars, albeit completely saturated with damp and mold. The villa is best known for its staircase with the magnificent stained-glass windows. In April 2017, the building was demolished to make way for a supermarket parking lot.
