The load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are constructed almost entirely of solid bricks and lime mortar, covered with small rectangular terracotta tiles. The north facade has a predominantly glass structure. The roof is made of reinforced bricks with a vaulted roof covering."
