The history of some locations is virtually impossible to trace. This former theater and cinema is no exception. The only information I could glean from a technical sheet is that the building was constructed between 1960 and 1964, based on a design by Giovanni Muzio.
The same technical sheet describes the structural configuration as follows: "Building with a regular polygonal floor plan, tending towards a rectangle. The load-bearing structure is reinforced concrete. The exterior walls are constructed almost entirely of solid bricks and lime mortar, covered with small rectangular terracotta tiles. The north facade has a predominantly glass structure. The roof is made of reinforced bricks with a vaulted roof covering."
