This stately villa still exudes history and wealth. It is owned by the noble family who had the house built nearly a century ago. The villa dates from 1928 and is built in the cottage style. It is situated on a large estate that also includes a castle and a farm. The house was originally built as a "villa with a pleasure garden" by the son and heir of the castle's owner.

Although it has not been inhabited for many years, the beautiful villa is still in remarkably good condition. A few years ago, it served as the setting for a Belgian television production called 'Tabula Rasa'. Hence the 'urbex' name of the place.
