Landscape, but with an extra twist... The architectural duo Gijs Van Vaerenbergh created a see-through church in Borgloon. Reading between the Lines is 10 meters high and consists of 100 stacked layers of steel plate. Together, they form a small church in Borgloon. The structure weighs no less than 30 tons. The special construction method ensures that the landscape remains visible through the church at all times, both from a distance and up close. As a result, the church is both present and absent in the landscape. (source: Tourism Limburg).
