RAF Hospital Wegberg was a British military hospital near Mönchengladbach, Germany. It served personnel of the British Armed Forces stationed in the region. The facility formed part of the wider British military presence in West Germany during the Cold War.

Construction began in the 1950s, and the hospital opened in 1953. Modern equipment and specialist departments supported a wide range of medical services. Staff included military and civilian professionals from the United Kingdom and Germany.

Throughout its operation, the hospital treated service members, dependants, and entitled civilians. Training activities also helped maintain medical readiness within the armed forces. Its strategic location allowed efficient support for nearby British bases.

Following reductions in British forces in Germany, the hospital's role gradually declined. RAF Hospital Wegberg closed in 1996 after more than four decades of service. Today, the site remains a reminder of Britain's military history in the region.
