The Chet premetro station is one of the four 'ghost stations' on the Châtelet tram line in Charleroi. Eight stations were planned on this seven-kilometer-long tram line, which was intended to connect the center of Charleroi with Châtelet, located to the southwest. Four of them, including this Chet station, were fully completed. Two other stations are still under construction, and work on two others was never even started.
