Abandoned houses aren't generally my thing, but for a beautiful example like this, I'm happy to make an exception. Maison Kirsch, named for the many jars of preserved cherries, is an 'old location' in the urbex scene. The building, which dates back to around 1790, has been vacant for many decades. Part of the rear facade has since collapsed, so it's highly questionable how much longer the building will survive...
Scattered throughout the various living spaces are quite a few old pieces of furniture, miraculously preserved over time. As we often see, this little house also suffered from the tasteless staging mishaps of some wannabe urban explorers, which sometimes leads to hilarious scenes. So, some light tidying up was needed here as well to undo these ridiculous scenes before we could take any photos...
