From the limited information available online about this former convent site, it appears that the Sisters of Charity of Our Lady of Good Hope moved into these existing buildings around 1925. In 1926, the order established a non-profit association by notarial deed. The association's purpose is a shared religious life for Christian perfection, especially through the practice of all works of mercy, particularly aid to the elderly, care for the sick and wounded, management of orphanages, aid to students, educational projects, and moral and religious upliftment, in accordance with Catholic doctrine and morals.

Nothing could be found about the origins and history of the buildings. There is some information about their future though. The complex will soon be converted into a residential project with approximately 50 apartments.
