According to the architectural heritage catalogue, this town house dates from the 1780s. During a thorough renovation in the course of the 19th century, an extra floor was added. Like many properties in this neighborhood, this building was also occupied by a financial institution at some point. The vault room still present in the basement bears witness to this.

The renovation of the building, which will transform it into luxurious apartments, was announced years ago but for some reason is not really gaining momentum. There are clear signs that the renovation has begun, such as the staircase wrapped in protective panels. Some spaces remain untouched.
